How to apply
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin and rub in well, wherever you experience microbial odour: the underarms, behind the ears, under the breasts and along the bra line, the tummy folds, the groin (externally only), the gluteal cleft, behind the knees, and the feet. A small amount covers each site.
How long one application holds is not the same for everyone, and we cannot promise a single number. For some people a single application carries for several days, even through daily showers. For others it covers around a day and is best used daily. Both are normal.
Common questions
Is it a deodorant or an antiperspirant?
A deodorant. It works on the microbial odour at the skin surface. It is not an antiperspirant, so it does not reduce sweat and will not keep you dry.
Does it contain aluminium or baking soda?
No. It is made without aluminium and without baking soda, and it is fragrance-free. It is formulated for sensitive skin.
Will it stain my clothes?
Not if you apply it correctly. Always apply to clean, dry skin and rub in well, then give it a minute to settle before you dress.
Is it safe for sensitive and reactive skin?
It is made for sensitive and reactive skin. Do not apply to irritated, inflamed or broken skin. If irritation occurs, stop use. For external use only.
What are the storage instructions for this formula?
Its shelf life is about six months from the time you receive it.
The jar in use can be stored on your vanity or cabinet in a cool, dry place.
If the jar in use lasts more than 3 or 4 months, store it in the fridge after use so that it does not oxidise and lose its efficiency. Otherwise, it is unnecessary.
When you buy more than one jar, the spare jars must always be stored in an airtight bag in the freezer.
Will it help with a fishy or ammonia-like smell?
This deodorant is made for the everyday microbial odour that most deodorants fail to address. A strong fishy or ammonia-like smell comes from a different biochemical pathway, and it is not covered by this formula.
