Free shipping Canada 

  • We process orders in 7 to 10 business days. We ship Tuesday through Thursday to ensure proper handling.
  • You can order up to 10 containers through free shipping.
  • Free shipping is an economical service provided by Canada Post. They don't offer an ETA, delivery guarantee, or insurance for this service.   • Usually, packages shipped through Letter Mail get delivered within 5-60 business days, depending on where you are in Canada. We are not responsible for damages, delays or packages lost in transit. We will not offer refunds or replacements. Please do not ask or follow up repeatedly.
  • It may be lost if your package doesn't arrive within 60 business days. You have to reorder. 
  • You are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address as it appears on Canada Post's address finder. We are not responsible for correcting or checking your address. Package shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded or replaced. 
  • Only opt for free shipping if you are not relocating or moving houses in the next 60 business days.
  • Pay and choose tracked shipping at checkout if you want to receive your package faster.

Tracked Shipping Canada 

We process orders in 7 to 10 business days.

We use Canada Post to dispatch tracked orders. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and receiving the package when it gets delivered to your shipping address. If you are not around to collect the package, the carrier may attempt delivery on the next business day and could leave a note for collection from the nearest pick-up point. If you fail to collect the package within this time, your package will be returned to us. Please call the carrier's contact center to reschedule the delivery. For returned packages, you will have to bear the shipping expenses for a re-dispatch. Also, under these circumstances, the amount paid toward tracked shipping and the product will not be refunded if you cancel the order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays. ETAs provided by Canada Post are only an estimate and not a guarantee. If your tracked shipment is damaged in transit, contact us immediately. Do not discard the original envelope or the product. 

USA & Rest of the world 

We take 7 to 10 business days to dispatch orders.

  • USA and international orders are shipped through your chosen carrier at checkout. 
  • You are responsible for paying customs or any other duty charged at your port of entry.
  • You are responsible for entering your shipping address correctly.

We are not responsible for delivery delays. If your tracked shipment is damaged in transit, contact us immediately. Do not discard the original envelope or the product. 

No refund or replacement requests will be entertained if your untracked shipment is lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit.

No insurance coverage is available for untracked shipments.

USA & Rest of the world - Customs & Duty 

All tracked shipments except Canada Post and/or USPS are shipped as "Signature on Delivery." Meaning the package will be delivered only upon a valid signature. If you are not going to be around to collect the parcel, the carrier may attempt delivery on the next business day, leave a note for collection from the nearest pick-up point, and/or call you. If you fail to collect the package within this time, your parcel will be returned to us. Please call their carrier's contact center if you want to reschedule delivery. When your package is returned to us, you will have to bear the shipping expenses for a re-dispatch. Also, under these circumstances, the amount paid towards tracked shipping and the product will not be refunded when we cancel the order.

  • No duty or customs will be imposed when a package is shipped within Canada or the USA.
  • USA customers will not be charged duties or customs unless their order totals over US$800.
  • When a package is shipped internationally (outside the USA or Canada), it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a seller, Super Deodorant is expected to comply with the import laws and regulations of the countries we serve. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold Super Deodorant(s) is not marked "gift" on a customs form.
  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes levied once your package reaches your country.
  • Super Deodorant ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid," and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict your particular charges. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered to clear customs for your package.
  • Please get in touch with your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
  • Please consult your local customs office if your international order is yet to be received within 30 business days.
