  • Free shipping is an economical service provided by Canada Post. They don't offer an ETA, delivery guarantee, or insurance for this service.   • Usually, packages shipped through Letter Mail get delivered within 5-60 business days, depending on where you are in Canada. We are not responsible for damages, delays or packages lost in transit. We will not offer refunds or replacements. Please do not ask or follow up repeatedly.
  • It may be lost if your package doesn't arrive within 60 business days. You have to reorder. 
  • You are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address as it appears on Canada Post's address finder. We are not responsible for correcting or checking your address. Package shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded or replaced. 
  • Only opt for free shipping if you are not relocating or moving houses in the next 60 business days.

    We are not responsible for missing packages if the address information was entered incorrectly during the ordering process or for packages that are damaged during transport. If the address provided is not verified by Canada Post and the package is returned to Super Deodorant, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

    The customer is responsible for receiving the package when it gets delivered to their shipping address or community mailbox. Canada Post in their area decides this. If they are away during delivery, they must contact Canada Post customer service to reschedule delivery.

    If the customer fails to collect the package on time, it may be returned to us. For returned packages, the customer must bear the shipping expenses for re-dispatch. Under these circumstances, the amount paid toward shipping and the product will not be refunded.

    We are not responsible for delivery delays. Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) provided by Canada Post are not guaranteed; they are just estimates. If a shipment is damaged in transit or if something is missing from the order, the customer must contact us immediately or within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must keep the original envelope and the product, as it is necessary to claim insurance. This is non-negotiable.

    We use Canada Post, which then partners with the national carrier of the customer's country to deliver orders. For example, Royal Mail is in the UK, and Australia Post is in Australia. All orders include automatic package tracking and insurance.

    We are not responsible for missing packages if the address information was entered incorrectly during the ordering process or for packages that are damaged during transport. If the address provided is not verified by the customer's national carrier and the package is returned to Super Deodorant, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

    USA & Rest of the world - Customs & Duty 

    • No duty or customs will be imposed when a package is shipped within Canada or the USA.
    • USA customers will only be charged duties or customs if their order totals over US$800.
    • When a package is shipped internationally (outside the USA or Canada), it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a seller, Super Deodorant is expected to comply with the import laws and regulations of the countries we serve. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold Super Deodorant(s) is not marked "gift" on a customs form.
    • The order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes levied once the package reaches the customer's country.
    • Super Deodorant ships the customer's package as DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid," does not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict these charges. If the customer incurs these additional charges, the customer must pay these charges to clear customs for their package.
    • The customer must contact their local customs office/website to learn more about their country's customs policies.
    • If the customer's international order (excluding the USA) has not been received within 30 business days, they should contact their local customs office.
