Free shipping - Canada 

  • We offer free shipping for 1 to 10 deodorants. 
  • Free shipping is an economic option and it does not come with tracking.  
  • ETA for free shipping is 2-15 business days. This is just an estimate provided by Canada Post. 99% of the time, they complete delivery within 15 business days, but we can't track it or know the whereabouts when there is a delay. Here is a message from Canada Post,
"Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. The on-time delivery guarantee may be modified during peak period (see canadapost.ca/notice) or suspended due to causes beyond Canada Post’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume."
  • If you want your order faster, choose tracked shipping at checkout. We have plenty of options available.
  • We ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure proper handling. If you choose paid tracked shipping, we will dispatch during our business hours between Monday to Friday.

Expectations - Free shipping Canada 

We want your order to reach you as much as you want to receive it. In rare circumstances, if delivery is delayed please be patient. Free shipping can be offered only through Canada Post's Untracked Letter Mail.  Once dispatched we rely on them for delivery. If your order does not arrive in 15 business days, the following might happen,

  1. You could still receive your order in the following days/weeks.
  2. It may be returned to us within 1 or 2 months. This happens when the address is incorrect or not entered as per Canada Post's address verification portal. If this happens to you, we will reach out to you to figure out the next steps.
  3. Your package could be lost or stolen.
  4. There could be unforeseen delays due to the pandemic. In rare cases, some packages have reached in 8 weeks.
  5. You are responsible for entering your address correctly.

No refund or replacement requests will be entertained if your untracked shipment is lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit.

No insurance coverage is available for untracked shipments.

All tracked shipments except Canada Post are shipped as "Signature on Delivery". Meaning the package will be delivered only upon a valid signature. If you are not going to be around to collect the package, the carrier may attempt delivery on the next business day and will leave a note for collection from the nearest pick-up point and/or may call you. If you fail to collect the package within this time interval, your package will be returned to us. If you want to reschedule delivery, please call carrier's contact center. When your package is returned to us, you will have to bear the shipping expenses for a re-dispatch. Also under these circumstances, when we cancel the order, the amount paid towards tracked shipping will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for delivery delays. If your tracked shipment is damaged in transit reach out to us immediately. Do not discard the original envelop or the product.

USA & Rest of the world 

  • USA and international orders are shipped through a carrier chosen by you at checkout. 
  • You are responsible for paying customs or any other duty charged at your port of entry.
  • You are responsible for entering your shipping address correctly.

We are not responsible for delivery delays. If your tracked shipment is damaged in transit reach out to us immediately. Do not discard the original envelop or the product.

  • When a package is shipped within Canada or the USA, there will be no duty or customs imposed.
  • USA customers will not be charged duties or customs unless their order totals over US$800.
  • When a package is shipped internationally (outside the USA or Canada), it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a seller, Super Deodorant is expected to comply with the import laws and regulations of the countries we serve. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold Super Deodorant(s) is not marked "gift" on a customs form.
  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • Super Deodorant ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered to clear customs for your package.
