Pandemic or not, our team observes very stringent measures when it comes to sanitation and hygiene both at our production and dispatch facilities. This is a non-negotiable standard and we want to assure you that we prioritize your well being in everything we do. Super Deodorant is mailed in "recyclable-airtight" poly mailers to prevent contamination during shipping.

Free Shipping - CANADA
We offer free shipping through Canada Post's Letter Mail Service within Canada. This service does not come with a tracking number. Canada Post does a great job delivering letter mails within ETA. This economical mode of shipping helps us keep the costs low and pass on the savings to you. We use Letter Mail to ship up to 10 Super Deodorants.
If you need the deodorant sooner and with a tracking number, you can pay and choose fast shipping at checkout.
When you order more than 10 Super Deodorants, your order will be shipped through Canada Post Expedited Service which comes with tracking.

Atlantic Canada - 2 to 3 Business Days
Central, Northern and Western Canada - 5 to 13 Business Days

Flat Rate Shipping - USA
We offer flat rate shipping to the USA through USPS at CA $8 ( approx. US $5.8 ). This service comes without a tracking number. USPS does a great job delivering these mails within ETA. If you want to save more, choose this option. US orders are dispatched twice a week, once on Monday and once on Thursday.
If you need the deodorant sooner, choose fast shipping at checkout.

Expedited shipping - 4 to 7 Business Days
Xpress shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days

We take great care to ensure that your Super Deodorant is packed and shipped safely. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may arise during transit or parcels that go missing in transit. You are responsible for entering your address correctly and we cannot be held liable.
If you choose untracked shipping and if your package is lost/stolen in transit, we will not be held liable. No refunds will be entertained for packages shipped without tracking.
Undelivered packages are returned to us by Canada Post. It is a process they follow without compromise. If your package is not returned to us, it will definitely reach you. If you cannot wait or not comfortable with long delivery delays (in rare cases), please opt for paid shipping with tracking at checkout.
REST OF THE WORLD
International orders will be shipped through the carrier method chosen by you at checkout. You are responsible for paying customs or any other duty charged at your port of entry. If you choose untracked shipping and if your package is lost/stolen in transit, we will not be held liable. No refunds will be entertained for packages shipped without tracking.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
When a package is shipped within Canada or the USA, there will be no duties or customs imposed.
USA customers will not be charged duties or customs unless their order totals over $800 USD.
When a package is shipped internationally (outside the USA or Canada), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a seller, Super Deodorant is expected to be in compliance with the import laws and regulations of the countries we serve. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold deodorant(s) is not marked “gift” on a customs declaration form.
- Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
- Super Deodorant ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
