Here is how to shower properly,

Step 3: Let the water flow from the crown of your head to your heel. Massage yourself gently from head to toe in a gentle sweeping motion for a couple of minutes. You don't need soap or shampoo twice a day.

Step 4: Crank the temperature lever to the coldest setting and finish off the shower. You will hate this at first, but you will start loving the process when you see visible changes with time. Step 5: Quickly towel dry and lock in the moisture with body oil or body butter. This window is short so be quick and moisturize within 3 to 5 minutes.
